MAKE YOUR OWN FAT BURNING SPORTS DRINK

Recipe:

  • 1/2 an avocado
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • pinch of kelp salt or himilayan salt
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 35ml of skimmed milk
  • 35ml natural yoghurt
  • 4 ice cubes
  • pinch of chilli powder

Blend everything except the ice cubes and chilli. Then add the ice cubes and blend again. Sprinkle over the chilli powder for the natural thermogenic benefits. Enjoy !
