Biography

Formerly from the UK where Caroline worked early on in her career as a professional diver/Hyperbaric Technician this vocation would take her all over the world for more than ten years. As well as the toll the decompression diving took on Caroline, she suffered a motorbike accident and various sporting injuries.

These injuries started to worsen over the years becoming quite debilitating. Caroline sought help from many different professionals around the world, trying every different form of treatment available. She found nothing helped and the effects were short lived, they only focused on the symptoms. It was not until she returned to the UK to retrain that she came across The Bowen Technique. After just a few treatments, Caroline found herself for the first time in 8 years to be pain free.

She felt compelled to end her diving career and retrain as a musculoskeletal practitioner. Specialising in structural integration, Kinesiology, myofascial therapy and The Bowen Technique. Caroline studied directly under Ossie and Elaine Rentsch, the couple that took The Bowen Technique to the world, and more recently she has trained with Tom Myers the founder of Anatomy Trains and at the for front in myofascial work and research.

She continues to train with specialists in their field to keep up with the latest treatments and to provide a comprehensive service.

Caroline has also spent the last few years working with local companies to create zero harm in the work place. Using her clinical expertise and extensive knowledge of ergonomics, she Carries out comprehensive work place assessments and treatment on site. Resulting in the immediate reduction of musculoskeletal discomfort and supporting the health and safety culture of the business.
